Role Overview
As an Area Manager, you will oversee a team ensuring operational standards are consistently met and exceeded. You will balance leadership responsibilities with field-based tasks, maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role includes fostering team development, optimising processes, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team to deliver outstanding service. Conduct regular performance reviews, manage attendance, and address underperformance effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure machines and equipment are maintained, serviced, and stocked to the highest standards. Regularly audit and report on team performance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Process Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximise profitability within your area.
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct audits and ensure legal and procedural compliance.
  • Reporting: Complete weekly and monthly reports, track key performance indicators, and communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a driven and adaptable individual with a passion for leadership and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • A full UK driving licence.
