Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team to deliver outstanding service. Conduct regular performance reviews, manage attendance, and address underperformance effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure machines and equipment are maintained, serviced, and stocked to the highest standards. Regularly audit and report on team performance, addressing any issues promptly.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Process Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximise profitability within your area.
- Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct audits and ensure legal and procedural compliance.
- Reporting: Complete weekly and monthly reports, track key performance indicators, and communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
About You
