Job Description

Our marketing team is looking for a new Content Executive who enjoys writing clear and engaging content. In this role, you will help guide users through their food and beverage journey with us. Moreover, this content writer position also invites creative writers to produce simple, impactful content for different channels. Ultimately, ideal candidates show imagination, pay attention to detail, and demonstrate confidence in their writing skills.

Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Executing content campaigns 70-80% of the role involves writing content based on our marketing plan.
  • Keeping the website updated with fresh content daily.
  • Writing various types of content, including product pages, customer journeys, blogs, guides, case studies, emails, social media posts, newsletters, and more
  • Creating promotional materials to support sales and operations.
  • Ensuring brand consistency, maintaining our tone of voice, optimizing for search terms we want to rank for, and monitoring keywords in SEO and PPC
  • Learning about the vending industry and our product offerings

SKILLS:

  • To begin with, being experienced in creative and engaging writing is essential, brownie points if you will earn extra brownie points if you have prior experience agency-side.
  • Experience writing for SEO and UX balance essentials.
  • Office, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, video tools experience desirable.
  • Great organisational and time management essential.
  • Prioritisation of workload and working to deadlines essential.
  • Occasional travel to manufacturer and customer sites is required, therefore a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is required.
