Role Overview
As a Vending Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to drive efficiency and performance across our product operations. This role demands strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of product management. You will be instrumental in identifying trends, optimising processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals. Additionally, this hybrid role includes field-based responsibilities, where you will directly manage and carry out operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Analysis: Analyse product performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Process Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to streamline product operations and improve efficiency.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across all platforms and systems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse Rate of Sale (ROS) to evaluate product success. Provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
  • Project Management: Lead and support initiatives to enhance product operations, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Stay informed about market trends, test new products, and align with company strategies to maximise product success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to implement innovative solutions.
  • Auditing: Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines by auditing planograms.
  • Field Operations: Conduct hands-on operational tasks in the field, ensuring equipment functionality, restocking, and quality standards are met to enhance customer satisfaction.

About You
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will have:

  • Proven experience in product analysis, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, business intelligence software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with product management software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and creative problem-solving skills.
