What you'll be doing:
Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery
Diagnosing faults across mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Maintaining CNC machines, woodworking and metalworking equipment
Troubleshooting 3-phase motors, control panels, and automation systems
Maintaining compressed air systems, pumps, dust extraction and compressors
Supporting general site and facility maintenance when required
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Experience working with 3-phase systems
Exposure to CNC machinery or automated production equipment
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of issues
Reliable, hands-on, and solutions-driven
