Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Deck Hand to support deck operations, safety procedures, and vessel security during a relocation. Ideal for disciplined, team-oriented seafarers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mooring, line handling, and anchoring duties.
- Conduct routine deck maintenance and cleaning.
- Support emergency drills (fire, man overboard, abandon ship).
- Assist bridge and engineering teams as required.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free deck environment.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training Certification.
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate.
- Previous deck experience on yachts, ferries, or support vessels.
- Clean criminal record (background check mandatory).
- Ability to mobilise to the South East England region within 3 hours of alert.
